About Educational Solutions CNY
Educational Solutions CNY was created to promote student success via practical, creative and research-based solutions to the greater Central New York area and beyond. Our diverse array of services allow us to fill some of the gaps present in current educational systems that too often allow children to "fall between the cracks." We provide targeted supports at all points of entry-- student, school and parent-- to best facilitate academic, behavioral and social success for all children and young adults.
Our Outlook
As professionals and parents with over 60 years of collective experience working in various educational institutions from preschool through college and who also have children in Central New York school systems, we are intimately familiar with the strengths, challenges and needs inherent in these institutions. Our experiences as school psychologists, teachers, tutors, intervention specialists, university professors, clinical supervisors and learning support specialists provide us with invaluable insight into the workings of these institutions and how best to support student success within them. Further, our experience advocating for our own children-- ranging from highly gifted, typically developing, to some who have 504 plans or IEPs for mild and significant disabilities-- gives us insight into the all-important parental perspective.

Locations
Our group of consultants all live in Central New York and primarily partner with parents, students, and schools in Upstate New York (areas surrounding Binghamton, Albany, Utica, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Watertown, and Plattsburgh). We also have the capacity to service other areas nationally via remote access. In addition, we have had clients travel from several nearby states to access our comprehensive evaluation services.
There are occasions and situations that enable us to provide services outside our area. If you are outside Upstate New York and would like to discuss your needs, please contact us. If we cannot help directly, we may be able to make a referral closer to your area or we may be able to use web-conferencing for long distance consulting.
